according to pitchfork.com (that sounds pretty darn near professional, dontchathink?) the decemberists upcoming tour will "pull a My Chemical Romance. They'll start out by playing their new album, The Hazards of Love, in its entirety, and they'll follow that up with a set of their older songs"
i don't even want to know why this is referred to as a "my chemical romance", but i feel like that is a shot at the decemberists, which I don't really get. Also, after my recent review of the album, i think it would be kind of awesome to see. Plus room for the ever elusive Red Right Ankle?!! C'mon, that should a great show....
as of now no shows in or around WNY. One can hope they're allotted the time at Bonna, but I'm not holding my breath.
